The Red Arrows will do a flypast over the Titanic area of Belfast at 11am, before displaying at Carrick Castle. Full info below.

The Red Arrows are in town!

A Red Arrows fly past will precede the Tall Ships parade followed by an aerial display close to Carrick Castle. Flypast will be at 11am over Titanic Belfast, followed by a full display at Carrickfergus.

With a trademark combination of close formations and precision flying, the Red Arrows showcase the excellence of the Royal Air Force and represent the United Kingdom both at home and overseas.

Officially known as the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team and flying the Hawk T1 jet, the Squadron is made up of nine display pilots and more than 100 engineers and essential support staff.

Together, they demonstrate the capabilities of the Royal Air Force and the Service’s skilled, talented people.

The Red Arrows are based at RAF Scampton in Lincolnshire and had completed 4,660 displays, in 56 countries, by the start of 2015 – the Squadron’s 51st season.
